Delivery within NSW and ACT is free. All orders sent to other states and territories attract a flat shipping rate, dependent on location. Please view our online store for these rates.
All orders will be sent via a courier and may take 1-3 working days to be dispatched from our warehouse.
In the event you receive goods that are damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact drink@ironbarkhill.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will refund the value of the damaged or incorrect goods. We reserve the right to require proof that the goods were damaged or faulty.
Refunds will be debited onto the credit card used to make the purchase. We will seek to process your refund as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to be processed.
